We are thrilled to announce that two of Geberit's rising stars, Harry Peake (Estimating and Tracking Team Leader) and Ruby Simms (Marketing Services Assistant), have been honoured with the prestigious Bathroom Manufacturers Association Thirty-Under-Thirty award!

These awards recognise the outstanding achievements of young professionals within the UK’s vibrant bathroom manufacturing sector. Harry and Ruby have demonstrated exceptional skills, leadership, and dedication in their roles at Geberit, truly embodying the innovation and excellence the Bathroom Manufacturers Association strives to foster.

The BMA's thirty-under-thirty awards are a prestigious accolade designed to celebrate and acknowledge the remarkable contributions of young talent within the industry. As the leading voice for the bathroom sector in the UK, the BMA is committed to fostering innovation, excellence, and talent development, and this award highlights individuals under thirty who exemplify these values through their work.

Harry Peake, as the Estimating and Tracking Team Leader, has shown an exceptional ability to lead his team towards operational excellence, driving efficiency and innovation in project management. His keen analytical skills and commitment to improving processes have significantly contributed to Geberit's success in delivering top-tier solutions to its clients.

Ruby Simms, in her role as Marketing Services Assistant, has brought creativity and strategic insight to Geberit's marketing initiatives. Her innovative approach to campaigns and her dedication to enhancing the company's brand presence have played a crucial role in connecting with customers and expanding our reach within the market.

Open to all BMA member companies, the awards are judged by an independent panel and aim to showcase the diverse skills and contributions of young professionals across various sectors, including sales, marketing, innovative design, and more. By recognising individuals like Harry and Ruby, the BMA seeks to inspire future leaders who are driving positive change and pushing the boundaries of excellence in the industry.

The highlight of this initiative will be the awards ceremony, set to take place on September 17 at the BMA Annual Industry Conference gala dinner. Held at the Queens Hotel in Leeds, the event promises to be a memorable occasion, bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and rising stars for an evening of celebration and networking.

Commenting on the achievement, Tom Reynolds, Chief Executive at the BMA, said, “We are thrilled to introduce these awards as a platform to showcase the exceptional talent emerging within the UK’s bathroom manufacturing sector. This initiative underscores our commitment to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders and honouring their invaluable contributions to our field.”
