There are always opportunities to grow our Digital Marketing side and build more from Social Media Marketing and supporting with the Sales Teams in the different channels.
What lessons have you learned along the way?
One bit of advice is to get everything in writing, this is important when dealing with multiple streams of people when working on various projects. It allows you to double and even triple check what was initially said making things more streamlined and efficient.
What would you say to someone who’s not sure if they should apply to Geberit?
All colleagues are friendly, also the culture is great. There is an abundance of what the company does to get internal and external colleagues together such as the Merit Awards and around the Christmas period, this is a nice way of meeting and socialising with others.
What’s the one piece of advice you could offer to job seekers looking to join your team?
Try and learn the Jargon and acronyms.
