This is positioned at the rear edge of the basin and covered with a magnetic panel to keep it fixed in position. The comb insert, which serves as a hair catcher, is located behind the cover and concealed from view. The cover with the comb insert can be removed in a single motion to be cleaned with ease. CleanDrain helps you keep the drain clean and prevents blockages.
What’s more, its position at the rear edge of the washbasin means CleanDrain is not exposed to the water jet, which prevents splashback and ensures significantly less water and limescale residue. Cleaning is even easier, too, thanks to the KeraTect finish found on all Geberit ONE washbasins as standard. This special glaze is fired into the ceramic and has an extremely smooth, almost non-porous surface. The smoother this is, the easier it is to clean the washbasin.

The screen is attached to the bottom side of the ceramic drain cover. Just like the CleanDrain and the comb insert for the shower, this is designed to trap hair and dirt. The ceramic lid can be easily removed together with the comb insert and cleaned in no time at all.
