Erris Homes Luxury Development Rosemeade

Rosemeade is a new development of 39 luxury family homes in the village of Almondbury, near Huddersfield. The development, built by regional housebuilder Erris Homes, comprises a contemporary range of three, four and five bedroom three-storey homes.

DELIVERING THE SOLUTION

Rory Conroy is a quantity surveyor at Erris Homes and explains why the team specified Geberit ceramics across the development. “Our aim is to offer our customers something and so we need to make sure that our homes are specified in a way that helps us add value to our offer.

The team specified Geberit’s Smyle range of close coupled toilets and basins from Geberit’s Select Collection range. The range also includes added benefits such as quick release toilet seats and Rimfree toilets to simplify cleaning for homeowners.

“The Smyle range looked good aesthetically and the close coupled design enables us to make the most of the bathroom space,” Rory adds.

Customer service was another important factor in the relationship with Geberit. Rory explains: “We have a dedicated Geberit team who have been able to respond straight away to us on any technical queries. The service really is second to none.”
